RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
FRESHON CARE PVT. LTD. aims to ensure customer satisfaction. If you experience any issue with your order, please review our policy below.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
• The product was damaged during delivery
• You received the wrong item
• The product is defective
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care products are not eligible for return unless proven defective.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Opened or used products
• Products without original packaging
• Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
• Items returned after 7 days of delivery
3. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return request:

Provide:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product
• A description of the issue
Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
4. REFUND APPROVAL
Refunds are approved only after verification of the issue. FRESHON CARE PVT. LTD. reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet policy requirements.
5. REFUND METHOD
Approved refunds will be processed through:
• Bank transfer
• Digital wallet
• Or reversal to original payment method (where applicable)
6. REFUND TIMELINE
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred on our side.
7. CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds (if approved) will be processed via bank transfer only.
8. DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package appears visibly damaged upon delivery, please notify the courier immediately and contact us within 24 hours.
9. POLICY ABUSE
We reserve the right to deny returns in cases of repeated or suspicious return behavior.
